Conditions of use
Glück is offered to you on the condition that you accept the terms, conditions and notices set out here, together with any additional terms that apply to a particular page, product or promotion. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to be bound by them.

Who you are dealing with
This site is owned and operated by Gluck, trading as Glück. Orders placed here form a contract of sale with Gluck under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Changes to the site and these terms
We may change, update or withdraw the content, prices and materials offered on this site at any time, without further obligation to you. If a price is published in error, we may refuse or cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid in full. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Copyright
Unless stated otherwise, all material on this site — including photography, text, trademarks, service marks and logos — belongs to Gluck and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright law. None of it may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded or distributed in any form without our prior written permission.

Your account
You may create an account to place orders and follow their progress. You agree to give accurate, current information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Do not share your credentials, impersonate another person, or misstate your affiliation with any entity. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Electronic communications
We send order confirmations, payment receipts and delivery updates by email. We may also write to you about the house, its products and its collections; you can unsubscribe from those messages at any time without affecting the transactional emails tied to your orders.

Product descriptions
We describe our pieces as accurately as we can, but we cannot guarantee that your screen renders colour faithfully. Natural materials also vary slightly from piece to piece; this is a property of the material, not a defect.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Where another currency is displayed, it is an indicative conversion; the amount charged is the Rupiah amount. Payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card details. An order is confirmed only once the gateway verifies your payment; unpaid orders expire automatically.

Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your parcel to the courier. Claims for parcels damaged or lost in transit are handled with the courier — write to us and we will pursue the claim on your behalf.

Returns
Pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery, on the conditions set out in our Return Policy.

Privacy
Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Gluck harmless against any third-party claim, liability, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of your use of this site or your breach of these terms.

We take no responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the materials on this site, and you should not assume they are continuously updated. We are not responsible for supplying content that has expired or been removed.
