Our commitment
Your information is safe with us. Gluck understands that privacy matters to our customers. Anything you give us is used to serve you — it is never misused, abused, or sold to anyone else.

What we collect
We collect only what an order needs:
- Your name, email address and telephone number.
- The delivery address you ask us to ship to.
- Your order history, including the pieces you bought and their prices.
- Basic technical data such as your device type and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and secure.

What we never collect
We never see or store your card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Payment details are captured directly by our payment gateway on its own PCI-DSS compliant systems and are never passed through our servers.

How we use it
To process and deliver your order, to keep you informed about it, to handle returns and to answer your questions. With your consent we also use your email address to write to you about new collections; you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to complete your order:
- Our payment gateway, to take and verify your payment.
- The courier you selected, to deliver your parcel.
- Authorities, where the law obliges us to disclose.

How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as Indonesian tax and accounting rules require. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Keeping it safe
The site is served over encrypted connections, passwords are stored hashed and never in readable form, and access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to do their work.

Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember the contents of your bag, and to understand which pages are useful. You can clear or block them in your browser, though parts of the site will stop working if you do.
